Any order placed after this date may not ship until January 2nd 2026.
We've extended our returns period for the festive season! Items purchased from December 2nd, 2025, can be returned for a full refund until January 9th, 2026. This is in addition to our standard policy.
• Items must be unused.
• A copy of your emailed sales order confirmation (receipt) must be included.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Please note: The customer is responsible for all return postage/shipping costs.
Please note that our offices are closing for the Christmas period from Tuesday 23rd December at 5pm, returning on Friday 2nd January 2026. We will respond to your enquiries and process your orders as quickly as possible on our return.
