These Terms & Conditions apply to the Mother’s Day 10% promotional discount provided by Wilkinson Sword via our website www.wilkinsonsword-tools.co.uk. By using the Offer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Offer Details

• 1.1. The Offer provides 10% off eligible products (listed in Section 11) purchased through our Website during the Promotional Period. Items available only via stockists are not eligible (marked as 'Find in store').
• 1.2. The discount will be applied at checkout via the code MOTHER26.
• 1.3. Standard delivery terms apply to all orders placed using this Offer.

2. Promotional Period

• 2.1. The Offer is valid from 4th March 2026 to 9th March 2026 (inclusive).
• 2.2. Purchases made outside the Promotional Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

• 3.1. Available to customers in the UK making purchases through our website, excluding restricted delivery areas.
• 3.2. The Offer applies to the full-priced items listed in Section 11, while stocks last.

4. Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, the following are excluded from the Offer:

• Gift cards, e-gift vouchers, and products marked as “excluded from promotions”.
• Sale, clearance, already-discounted items, or bundles/multipacks.
• Delivery charges, taxes, and add-on services.

5. Usage Restrictions

• 5.1. One discount code use per order. Cannot be used with any other promotion or coupon code.
• 5.2. The Offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Returns & Refunds

• 6.1. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
• 6.2. If you return an item, you will be refunded the amount paid after the discount.
• 6.3. If you exchange an item after the Offer ends, the discount will not be re-applied.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent. If you request changes after the Promotional Period, the discount may no longer apply.

8. Website Availability

We are not responsible for technical issues or interruptions that prevent completion of a purchase during the Promotional Period.
